What we collect
When you buy or get in touch, we collect what we need to serve you: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of your order. If you write to our perfumer or our care desk, we keep that correspondence.
We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay; the sensitive details go to them, not to us.
Like most sites, we collect basic technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited — to keep the site working and understand what people read. Your saved editions and shopping bag are stored on your own device, not on our servers.

How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional notes from the house. We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to improve the site.
We will never sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with
Only the partners who help us fulfil your order: our payment processor (Razorpay), our shipping and courier partners, and the tools we use to send transactional email. Each receives only what they need. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and privacy-respecting analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop may not work fully without the essential ones.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law in India requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to care@arkenolfactive.com and we will act within a reasonable time, as required by Indian data-protection law.

Children
ARKEN is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
