How delivery works, how to try before you commit, and exactly how returns and refunds are handled.

Try first, then commit
Be sure before you buy. Every edition comes as a 2ml sample — ₹250, credited back to your full bottle — and in the five-vial Discovery Kit, so you can live with a scent on your skin first. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. An opened fragrance can't be resealed or resold, so, as everywhere, it can't be returned — which is exactly why we make it easy to try first.

How to return
Email care@arkenolfactive.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a prepaid pickup of the unopened bottle. Once it reaches us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? If your order has not yet been dispatched, write to us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on its way, treat it as a return under the returns policy above.

Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping — no return pickup needed for breakages.

Shipping
We ship across India, free, on every order, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched from New Delhi within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 5–7 working days, with tracking from the moment they leave us. Discovery Kits often arrive sooner. International shipping will follow as we scale — join the list at the foot of any page to hear first.

Refund timelines
Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we process a refund it usually appears within 5–7 working days, though your bank or card issuer may take a little longer. We will always email you when a refund is on its way. Questions: care@arkenolfactive.com.
